Without Limits Racing has partnered with MixMyGranola.com and created a couple of triathlon specific granola mixes.
These are more then just what we would eat. These mixes have been designed by the team and tweaked by our nutritionist Breeze Brown to meet the needs of triathletes, and athletes of all types. The mix of carb, protein, and fat plus the addition of foods with key nutrients will help you to be at your best on your next training/race day or help you recover to the best of your ability.
The recovery mix is a pet idea of mine. It can be eaten as granola or you can throw it in a blender with some yogurt (or even ice cream) and create the perfect post workout recovery smoothie.
