Cross is just too damn fun.
Plus it's a good energy blow off since I'm not doing IM AZ. I've had my time off and it's time to get back to training, start getting ready for some redemption in 2011.
Step 1 is building power and sustainable strength on the bike. It might be a bit debatable but I've always felt very good on the bike after a season of cross.
Plus I have Winter tri nationals on Jan 16th. So, again, cross will be beneficial.
Good times. First race is this weekend. Check back for pics etc.
